House rules
The 7th and 8th guests incur a surcharge of $100 per person per night. All units are non-smoking, including patios and balconies; smoking results in a $500 cleaning fee. No pets are permitted. Parties, weddings, and events require prior written consent from the front office. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must occupy the unit for the entire stay. No arrivals are permitted on Christmas Day or Easter Sunday. Minimum stays vary by season from 3 to 7 nights. Pack 'n Play cribs and high chairs may be requested and are held at the front office for check-in.
Getting there
The condo is on Seven Mile Beach and is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, wellness spas, shops, and the beach. Foster's Camana Bay grocery store is a 3-minute drive; Camana Bay restaurants, cinemas, and shops are a 5-minute drive; North Sound Golf Club is a 6-minute drive; Cemetery Beach is a 7-minute drive north; and Owen Roberts International Airport is 5 miles away. A rental car is not necessary because taxis are available, but there is no Uber or Lyft on the island and taxi fares can become expensive beyond Seven Mile Beach.
