House rules
The maximum occupancy is 8 guests. A surcharge applies to the 7th and 8th guests. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must occupy the unit throughout the stay. Smoking is prohibited inside and on patios or balconies; a $500 cleaning fee applies if smoking is indicated. No pets are permitted. Parties, weddings, and events require prior written consent. Pool and balcony noise should be kept to a minimum. No arrivals are permitted on Christmas Day or Easter Sunday.
Getting there
The property is on Seven Mile Beach and is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, wellness spas, and shops. Foster's Camana Bay grocery store is a 3-minute drive; Camana Bay restaurants, cinemas, and shops are a 5-minute drive; North Sound Golf Club is a 6-minute drive; Cemetery Beach is a 7-minute drive north; and Owen Roberts International Airport is 5 miles away. A rental car is not needed because taxis are available, but there is no Uber or Lyft on the island and taxi fares can become expensive beyond Seven Mile Beach.
