The house

Beachcomber #25 is a furnished fifth-floor condo with expansive living areas, two bedroom suites and an oceanfront balcony with elevated views of Seven Mile Beach. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is supplied with cookware, glassware, dinnerware and cutlery. Central air conditioning, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and cable-equipped HD televisions are provided in the living area and bedrooms. The condo has a separate laundry room with a washer, dryer and laundry sink, plus an iron and ironing board.

Beach and bath towels, bathrobes, luxury toiletries and hair dryers are provided. Light housekeeping is provided on Monday, Wednesday and Friday; additional weekday housekeeping may be requested at no extra cost. Pack 'n Play cribs and high chairs may be requested for families. The Beachcomber is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, wellness spas and shops. Taxis are available; there is no Uber or Lyft on the island. The property is near water sports, nightlife and Seven Mile Beach.
