House rules
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must occupy the unit for the entire stay. The property is non-smoking, including inside and on patios or balconies; smoking indications result in a $500 cleaning fee. No pets are permitted. Parties, weddings, and events require prior written consent from the front office. Guests should keep noise to a minimum around the pool and on patios or balconies. The 7th and 8th guests incur a surcharge of $100 per night per person.
Getting there
The condo is on Seven Mile Beach and is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, wellness spas, and shops. Foster's Camana Bay grocery store is a 3-minute drive away, and Camana Bay restaurants, cinemas, and shops are a 5-minute drive away. A rental car is not needed because taxis can be used, but there is no Uber or Lyft on the island and taxi fares can become expensive beyond Seven Mile Beach.
