House rules
All units are non-smoking; smoking is not permitted inside or on the terraces. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Pack 'n Play cribs and high chairs are available by request and are held by the front office at check-in.
Getting there
The condo is on the fourth floor and has a balcony with elevated views. Seven Mile Beach is the beachfront setting. Restaurants, bars, wellness spas and shops are within walking distance. A rental car is not necessary because taxis are available, but Uber and Lyft are not available on the island; taxi fares can be expensive. Hertz and Andy's Rent-a-Car are nearby options.
