## About the house

The fourth-floor condo has expansive living areas, three bedroom suites and a gourmet kitchen with stainless-steel appliances. Cookware, glassware, dinnerware and cutlery are provided. The condo has central air conditioning, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, HD televisions with cable programming, a screened balcony and elevated ocean views. A separate laundry room includes a washer, dryer and laundry sink, along with an iron and ironing board. Beach and bath towels, bathrobes, luxury toiletries and hair dryers are provided. Complimentary light housekeeping is provided on Monday, Wednesday and Friday; additional weekday housekeeping may be requested upon arrival at no extra cost. The resort has a beachfront setting, a resort pool and spa, an on-site fitness center, free covered parking and an elevator. Restaurants, bars, wellness spas and shops are within walking distance. Taxis are available; there is no Uber or Lyft on the island. Pack 'n Play cribs and high chairs may be requested, and the front office holds them at check-in.

A rental car is not necessary because taxis are available, but Uber and Lyft are not available on the island; taxi fares can be expensive. Hertz and Andy's Rent-a-Car are nearby options.

All units are non-smoking; smoking is not permitted inside or on the terraces. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Pack 'n Play cribs and high chairs are available by request and are held by the front office at check-in.
