Beachcomber #22 is a fourth-floor condo with refreshed furniture and decor, expansive living areas, three bedroom suites, and a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Cookware, glassware, dinnerware, and cutlery are provided. The unit has a balcony with elevated views of Seven Mile Beach. Central air conditioning, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, cable-equipped HD televisions, and a separate laundry room with washer, dryer, laundry sink, iron, and ironing board are provided. The resort has a pool and spa, private beachfront, an on-site fitness center, an elevator, and free covered parking. Light housekeeping is provided on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; additional weekday housekeeping may be requested at no extra cost. Beach and bath towels, bathrobes, luxury toiletries, and hair dryers are provided. Pack 'n Play cribs and high chairs may be requested. Restaurants, bars, wellness spas, shops, takeout, and delivery options are within walking distance. Taxis are available; there is no Uber or Lyft on the island.

The condo is on the fourth floor and has a balcony with elevated views of Seven Mile Beach. The Beachcomber is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, wellness spas, shops, takeout, and delivery options. A rental car is not necessary because taxis are available, but there is no Uber or Lyft on the island; Hertz and Andy's Rent-a-Car are nearby options.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must occupy the unit during the entire stay. All units are non-smoking; smoking is prohibited inside and on patios or balconies, and an indication of smoking results in a $500 cleaning fee. No pets are permitted. No parties, weddings, or events are allowed without prior written consent from the front office. Guests should keep noise to a minimum around the pool and on patios or balconies. A refundable damage deposit of US$1,500 is held at check-in and released 7 days after departure. A 50% deposit is required at booking; remaining-balance deadlines vary by stay period. Minimum stays vary from 3 to 7 nights by season. No arrivals are allowed on Christmas Day or Easter Sunday.
