The house

The fourth-floor unit has expansive living areas, two bedroom suites, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and cookware, glassware, dinnerware, and cutlery. Each unit has an oceanfront patio or balcony; upper-floor units have elevated balcony views of Seven Mile Beach. Central air conditioning, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, HD televisions with cable programming, a resort pool and spa, an on-site fitness center, a private beachfront, free covered parking, an elevator, and wheelchair-accessible facilities are advertised.

The primary suite has a king bed, television, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub, and shower. The guest suite has two twin beds, television, and an ensuite bathroom with shower bath; the beds can be fitted into a king bed upon request. A rollaway bed is available for the fifth guest at a surcharge of $100 per night. The condo includes a separate laundry room with washer, dryer, and laundry sink, plus an iron and board. Light housekeeping is provided on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Beach and bath towels, bathrobes, luxury toiletries, and hair dryers are provided. Pack 'n Play cribs and high chairs may be requested. Restaurants, bars, wellness spas, and shops are within walking distance. Taxis are available, and rental cars are available nearby.
