The fourth-floor unit has expansive living areas, two bedroom suites, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and cookware, glassware, dinnerware, and cutlery. Each unit has an oceanfront patio or balcony; upper-floor units have elevated balcony views of Seven Mile Beach. Central air conditioning, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, HD televisions with cable programming, a resort pool and spa, an on-site fitness center, a private beachfront, free covered parking, an elevator, and wheelchair-accessible facilities are advertised. The primary suite has a king bed, television, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub, and shower.
