House rules
The maximum occupancy is 7 guests. A rollaway bed is available for an additional $100 per night. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must occupy the unit for the entire stay. Smoking is prohibited inside and on patios or balconies; smoking results in a $500 cleaning fee. No pets are permitted. Parties, weddings, and events require prior written consent from the front office. Guests should keep noise to a minimum around the pool and on patios or balconies. No arrivals are permitted on Christmas Day or Easter Sunday.
Getting there
The condo is on the fourth floor. Seven Mile Beach is beachfront, and nearby restaurants and bars are within walking distance. A rental car is not necessary because taxis are available; there is no Uber or Lyft on the island, and taxi fares can become expensive beyond Seven Mile Beach. Foster's Camana Bay grocery store is a 3-minute drive away, and Camana Bay is a 5-minute drive away.
