The condo is on Seven Mile Beach with private beachfront access. Restaurants, bars, wellness spas, and shops are within walking distance. A rental car is not necessary; taxis can be used, but there is no Uber or Lyft on the island and taxi fares can become expensive beyond Seven Mile Beach. Foster's Camana Bay grocery store is a 3-minute drive, and Camana Bay restaurants, cinemas, and shops are a 5-minute drive.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must occupy the unit for the entire stay. No smoking is permitted inside or on patios or balconies; smoking results in a $500 cleaning fee. No pets are permitted. Parties, weddings, and events require prior written consent from the front office. Guests should keep noise to a minimum around the pool and on patios or balconies. No arrivals are permitted on Christmas Day or Easter Sunday. A rollaway bed is available for $100 per night.

No. Taxi cabs can be used to get around, although there is no Uber or Lyft on the island and taxi fares can be expensive beyond Seven Mile Beach.
