House rules
The maximum occupancy is 7 guests. A rollaway bed is provided for the seventh guest at a surcharge of $100 per night. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must occupy the unit for the entire stay. Smoking is prohibited inside the unit and on patios or balconies; smoking indications result in a $500 cleaning fee. No pets are permitted. Parties, weddings, and events require prior written consent from the front office. Guests should keep noise to a minimum around the pool and on patios or balconies. No arrivals are permitted on Christmas Day or Easter Sunday.
Getting there
The condo is beachfront on Seven Mile Beach. Restaurants, bars, wellness spas, and shops are within walking distance. A rental car is not necessary because taxis can be used, but there is no Uber or Lyft on the island and taxi fares can become expensive beyond Seven Mile Beach. The nearest grocery store, Foster's Camana Bay, is a 3-minute drive; Camana Bay is a 5-minute drive. Free covered parking is provided.
