Before you book
House rules
Rentals are offered to adults over 25 and families. A copy of the main renter's identification is required before arrival. Smoking is not allowed. Up to two dogs are permitted, with a 25 lb limit; cats are not allowed. Non-refundable pet fees are $100.00 for the first pet and $50 for the second. Contact the office before arrival to arrange payment and/or a pet addendum. All fees and services are subject to 15% tax. Exterior cameras record video and audio upon entry; there are no recording devices inside the home.
Getting there
This is the upstairs unit; other guests may occupy the downstairs unit. Beach access is steps away. A back staircase connects the deck to the fenced backyard.
