## About the house

The upstairs unit accommodates up to eight guests; the downstairs unit may be rented by other guests. A wraparound deck provides outdoor seating and ocean views. A back staircase leads from the deck to a fenced backyard with a dog house, outdoor furniture and a fire pit.

The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and a large-screen TV with Roku and streaming capabilities. The dining table seats six. The renovated kitchen has Corian countertops, full-size appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and stove, plus eating and drinking equipment. A washer and dryer, air conditioning, linens, towels, board games, cable TV and a gas grill are available. Internet is provided free of charge. Pool access and golf on-site are advertised amenities.

The larger primary bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV and its own bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second primary bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen TV and its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has lower and upper bunk sleeping spaces. A separate half bathroom is on the way to the bunk room. Furnishings and decor may differ from the photographs.

Exterior security cameras capture video and audio upon entry to the property. There are no recording devices inside the home.
