The single-level home features an open-plan great room with vaulted wood ceilings, sliding glass walls, Restoration Hardware furnishings and a large smart TV. The garden-facing dining area seats eight and opens onto the lanai. The equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a gas range, wine fridge, island, coffee maker, blender, toaster and rice cooker, along with a microwave, dishwasher, oven and freezer.

The primary suite has lanai access and an ensuite with a jetted soaking tub, walk-in shower and private outdoor shower. Guest Suite 2 has garden views, lanai access and an adjoining office with a punee bed. Two Ohana bedrooms each have an ensuite and private entrance. All four bedrooms have a king bed, central air conditioning and ceiling fans.

A private heated pool and hot tub sit among tropical gardens and lawns. The lanai has an outdoor kitchen, built-in grill and dining area. A spiral staircase leads to a rooftop viewing deck with panoramic ocean, golf and mountain views.
