The upper level has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area opening onto a deck with ocean, surf, beach and Aireys Inlet Lighthouse views. Linen is provided. The main bathroom has a shower over a bath and a separate toilet. Bedroom 1 has a private ensuite with a shower and toilet. Heating, ceiling fans, an indoor fireplace, a dishwasher, dryer and TV are available. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under 2. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a private en suite with shower and toilet; the main bathroom has a shower over a bath and a separate toilet. The upper-level deck looks out over the ocean, surf, beach and Aireys Inlet Lighthouse. Linen is provided and firewood is supplied only from May to October.

Fairhaven Beach and the Surf Life Saving Club are a one-minute walk away, across the road. The living area and deck are on the upper level. The property is on the ocean side of the Great Ocean Road in Fairhaven, with four car spaces. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods.

Strict no-party policy, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use and only for the number of guests on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management if it changes. Treat the home respectfully. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.
