An electricity allowance of US$10 per night applies to daily and weekly rentals; monthly rentals of 28 nights or more require a US$500 electricity deposit and do not include electricity charges. Electricity charges are based on consumption.
Getting there
Bavaro Beach public access is a stated 1–2-minute walk. Restaurants and entertainment are stated as 1–7 minutes away on foot, and a mini-market as 2–3 minutes away on foot. The unit is on the third floor and is a walk-up with no elevator.
