House rules
No smoking. Up to two dogs are allowed, with no weight limit; cats are not allowed. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken. Saturday check-in is at 16:00 and Saturday checkout is at 10:00. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 10–December 31, 2026; January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31, 2027.
Getting there
Semi-oceanfront, one house back from the beach. Beach access is via Marlin Beach Access. Parking is limited to nine vehicles. An elevator serves every floor; two top-floor bedrooms have handicap-friendly features.
