## About the house

The home accommodates up to 10 guests and has three full bathrooms. Level 1 contains the entry and laundry. Level 2 has a king ensuite with a shower/whirlpool tub combination and deck access, a king bedroom with a semi-private bathroom and shower/tub combination, and a bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk sets. Level 3 has another king bedroom with a semi-private bathroom and shower/tub combination, plus the great room, kitchen and dining room.

Facilities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, multiple TVs with cable, a washer and dryer, an outdoor shower, outdoor furniture, a charcoal grill and five beach chairs. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, drip and pod coffee makers, dishes, utensils and cookware. Pillows and blankets are provided, but bed and bath linens are not.

Sanderling offers nature paths, soundside access, a community dock and an outdoor community pool. Community pool and tennis access are available for a fee. Duck Village's restaurants and shops are a bike ride or short drive away. Parking accommodates four vehicles. A Welcome Program starter kit supplies limited initial paper products and soaps; guests provide ongoing supplies.

Community pool and tennis access are available for a fee. Early check-in may be available in limited quantities for $195 plus tax, subject to confirmation after booking; approved early check-in is at 13:00. Guests must provide paper products, trash bags and soaps beyond the limited Welcome Program starter supplies.
