# Beach 'N It Corolla, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house The three-level home accommodates up to 18 guests and has six full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. The third floor has a great room with a gas fireplace, home theater and multi-zone stereo systems, plus a kitchen with two dishwashers, a dining table, an island with four chairs and a breakfast nook. The kitchen includes a blender, drip and pod coffee makers, cookware, dishes, utensils, a microwave and a toaster. One king ensuite bedroom on this level has a shower/tub combination and deck access. The middle level has a den, laundry room and four ensuite bedrooms: two king rooms and one queen room with standing showers and deck access, plus a room with two twin beds and a shower/tub combination. The ground floor has two bedrooms, each with a double/twin duo bunk and a trundle, a shared full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a half bathroom. Its game room has a pool table, foosball and a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator and microwave, with access to the private pool. Another half bathroom is on the top level. Outdoor facilities include wrap-around decks on two levels, outdoor furniture, a private outdoor pool, a separate 8-by-8-foot kiddie pool that is 23 inches deep, a hot tub, two outdoor showers, and gas and charcoal grills. Five beach chairs are provided. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, cable TV, Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, and a washer and dryer are available. The home is on a quiet cul-de-sac in Ocean Sands - B and has ocean views from the deck. Beach access is via Conch Crescent Ct North Access. Planned updates for the 2027 season include new flooring on the first floor.
