## About the house

The home accommodates up to 20 guests across eight bedrooms, including six ensuites and two bedrooms with direct ocean views. There are seven full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Oceanfront living and dining spaces include a great room and two dining areas. The kitchen has two refrigerators, two stoves/ovens, two dishwashers, two sinks and two microwaves, plus cookware, dishes, utensils, a blender, toaster and drip and pod coffee makers.

Level 1 has a bunk ensuite, a cabana half bathroom, a recreation room with a pool table and wet bar with refrigerator and microwave, and a theater room with free movie downloads. Level 2 has three king ensuites, including two oceanside rooms with deck access, plus a twin room and a double-bed room sharing a bathroom. Level 3 has two king ensuites, one with a whirlpool tub.

Outdoor facilities include an oceanfront deck, private outdoor pool, hot tub, fenced yard, gas grill, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture and volleyball. Five beach chairs are provided. A private beach walkway has no steps. Community amenities include beach and soundside access.

The home has an elevator, central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, and an iron and ironing board. Satellite TV is available in 2026 only; streaming TV begins in 2027. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 10–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31 in 2027.

The home is classified as 2nd-Tier Oceanfront and has a private beach walkway without steps. An elevator is available, but its dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant; steps or thresholds may be required to access it. Parking is limited to eight vehicles. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027.

No smoking. One dog maximum, with no weight limit; cats are not allowed. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken. Children and pets must not ride the elevator unattended, and children must not play in or around the elevator. Saturday check-in and checkout.
