House rules
No smoking. Maximum one dog under 50 lbs; cats are not allowed, and pets must be well-behaved and housebroken. Check-in and check-out are on Saturdays. Early check-in is offered in limited quantities for an additional fee, subject to qualification. Do not let children or pets ride the elevator unattended or let children play in or around it or stand between its gate and landing door. Never enter the elevator hoistway. Do not operate the elevator if its gate or door locking system malfunctions, or if unusual sounds or an abnormal ride occur; do not attempt repairs yourself.
Getting there
Semi-oceanfront location with ocean views; beach access is at Perch St. Beach Access. Parking accommodates eight vehicles. Elevator dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant; steps or thresholds may be required for access.
