Beach Loop Condos accommodates up to 16 guests across six bedrooms, 12 beds and four bathrooms. Each condo has a full kitchen, and free Wi-Fi is available. Dogs are welcome when authorized in the reservation. The condos can also be rented separately as Beach Loop Condo #1 - North Unit and Beach Loop Condo #2 - South Unit.

The oceanfront setting is immediately south of Face Rock State Scenic Viewpoint and two miles southwest of the shops and eateries in Old Town Bandon. Nearby activities include whale watching, tidepooling, collecting seashells, fishing and crabbing. Bandon Crossings Golf Course is five miles south, and Bandon Dunes Golf Resort is eight miles north; both are within a short drive.

The responsible renter must be at least 25 unless a different minimum applies under unit-specific terms or law, provide proof of age on request, and remain at the property throughout the rental. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Occupancy must not exceed the reservation guest count or maximum posted occupancy. Stays are temporary only, not permanent residence.

Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–8 a.m. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the property, including outdoor areas. Pets require reservation authorization. Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, and tents or other structures require Avari's written permission; additional fees may apply. Charcoal grills and illegal activity, including unlawful internet downloads, are prohibited. Adults must supervise minors. Follow parking rules and lock doors and windows when away.

Subject to booking-channel terms, guests may be charged for damage or loss, up to $1,000 for pet-policy violations, up to $500 in additional cleaning or the actual cost if greater for rule violations or excessive mess, and applicable official or HOA fines plus related damages. Late departure may incur a fee of up to one night's rental. Rule violations may end the stay without a refund.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge. Report maintenance, housekeeping or safety issues promptly and allow reasonable time for resolution. Entry may occur with reasonable notice or immediately in an emergency. The cancellation policy shown by the booking channel at booking applies. Unit-specific terms override these general terms; booking-channel terms control in case of conflict.
