One king bedroom with an attached bathroom is on the main floor; another king bedroom with an attached bathroom and a queen bedroom are upstairs. A common sleeping area has two full-over-full bunk beds and two twin trundles. The home also has a third-level loft, rooftop deck, balcony, private entrance, smart TVs with YouTube TV, games and cards, two paddleboards, and a Pack 'n Play.
Community facilities include six pickleball courts, two resort pools, three hot tubs and the Springs Social Spa. Recreation equipment, golf carts and cabanas can be rented on-site.
