The condo sleeps up to 12 guests and has an open-plan living, dining and fully equipped kitchen area on the first floor. One king bedroom with an attached bathroom is on the main floor; another king bedroom with an attached bathroom and a queen bedroom are upstairs. A common sleeping area has two full-over-full bunk beds and two twin trundles. The home also has a third-level loft, rooftop deck, balcony, private entrance, smart TVs with YouTube TV, games and cards, two paddleboards, and a Pack 'n Play. Community facilities include six pickleball courts, two resort pools, three hot tubs and the Springs Social Spa. Recreation equipment, golf carts and cabanas can be rented on-site. Concierge assistance is available for tee times, private chefs and in-home massages. A dryer, ceiling fans and carbon monoxide detector are listed. Resort areas include shaded seating and 10-foot fire tables. Community events rotate and can include rooftop yoga, children’s crafts, food trucks and pool or lagoon movies; check the event calendar. Access to two shared resort pools and three hot tubs heated year-round. The approximately 2.5-acre Shores Resort Lagoon has sandy beaches and is naturally heated. Access also includes the key-fob-access gated Springs Social Spa in front of the home, at the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street; spa hours are 10:00–22:00, and access is limited to participating properties.

Ongoing construction is near the home in the Desert Color community. Use only designated, completed roads and pathways and avoid active construction areas. Parking is first-come, first-served. Zion National Park is 54 miles away; Tuacahn Amphitheatre is 15 miles away; STG Airport is 10 miles away; Crush Golf + Grill is 1 mile away; Sand Hollow is 20 miles away; Sun River Golf Club is 3 miles away; Jellystone Adventure Park is 22 miles away.
