The house has floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic water views, a balcony and an expansive deck with loungers. Outdoor facilities include a hot tub, BBQ grill and utensils, an outdoor dining area and a fire pit.

Both bedrooms have a queen bed and built-in wardrobe. Linen is provided. The bathroom includes a shower, bath, toilet and vanity, with a combined bathroom/laundry arrangement.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and silverware. The lounge has a Smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. Heating, a washing machine, dryer and iron are available.

There is secure garage parking for two vehicles, space for a boat and an EV charger. The house is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two, and has a smoke alarm. Great Ocean Road Holidays professionally manages the property with 24/7 local support. Longer stays are allowed.

Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; notify management if this changes. Treat the property respectfully in accordance with the house rules. Peak periods may have mandatory move-in days, subject to the terms and conditions.
