House rules
The advertised maximum is 8 guests: the base rate covers up to 4 people, with an additional per-person charge for up to 8 people. A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation; the remaining balance and refundable security deposit are due 30 days before arrival. Full payment is due at booking for reservations made 30 days or fewer before check-in. Cancellation terms are: 60 or more days for a full refund, 30–59 days with a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental rate, and less than 30 days with no refund.
Getting there
The house is beachfront at Playa Colorado, with the surf a few short steps away. The rental has a three-night minimum stay. Hacienda Iguana is a gated community with a private beach.
