House rules
The responsible renter must be at least 25 years old, unless a different minimum applies under unit-specific terms or law, provide proof of age on request, and stay at the property throughout the rental. Guests under the applicable minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Guest numbers must not exceed the reservation count or the maximum occupancy of six. Booking constitutes agreement to the published terms and the Avari Vacation Rental Agreement sent after booking. Unit-specific terms override the general terms; where booking-channel terms conflict, the booking-channel terms control.
