The house

Beach House A303 accommodates six guests with two bedrooms, four beds and two bathrooms. The private third-floor balcony has Gulf views. The kitchen has updated countertops, full-size appliances and equipment for preparing meals. The living area has a large sofa, two chairs, a flatscreen TV, a dining table for six and two bar stools. Entertainment equipment includes three TVs, three DVD players and a CD stereo system.

Shared resort facilities include an outdoor pool, fitness center, tennis court, recreation center and grills. The Gulf of Mexico is steps away. Seasonal beach service is included from March through October, bike rentals are included, and reservations include a free one-hour kayak rental.
