Deluxe rooms allow at most one extra bed; Superior rooms and Junior Suites allow at most two. Cancellation is free up to five days before the reservation date. Cancellation within five days or no-show incurs 100% of the reservation amount. If cancellation service is added, cancellation without reason is permitted until 15:00 on the day before arrival; it costs 5% of the room rate, is paid immediately and non-refundable, and does not apply to non-refundable rates or group bookings of 10 or more rooms.
