House rules
The minimum stay is two nights. For monthly stays, electricity and internet are not included; electricity is calculated from meter readings at check-in and check-out. A refundable $500 security deposit is required at check-in. Meal packages can be arranged for an extra fee.
Getting there
The home is on the peaceful north end of Playa Guasacate and is just steps from the sand. It is described as beachfront and has ocean views.
