The condo has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living area with a sectional sofa and smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining table seats four. Sliding glass doors open to a private covered patio with a charcoal barbecue, a small table and chairs, and views of a tropical garden. Community facilities include an outdoor pool, sun loungers, a covered rancho with shaded seating and a picnic table, complimentary laundry facilities, and dedicated parking. Linens, towels, toiletries and a hair dryer are provided. Additional amenities include a dryer, iron, safe, outdoor shower, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher and first aid kit.

Maximum occupancy is four guests. This is a smoke-free home. Maintain a quiet, respectful environment and be considerate of neighbors and the property. Turn off AC units when leaving the condo. Pool hours are 08:00–21:00; no glass is allowed in the pool area.
