House rules
The minimum age to rent is 25. Pets, smoking and vaping are not allowed. For bookings made 30 or more days before arrival, 30% is due at booking; within 29 days of arrival, 100% is due at booking. For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. For cancellations 15–30 days before arrival, a 50% refund is provided, less the service fee, travel insurance premium and applicable taxes. For cancellations 31 or more days before arrival, a full refund is provided.
Getting there
The Gulf-front property has private beach access to the shoreline. Seasonal beach service includes two chairs and an umbrella at no extra charge.
