The condo accommodates up to seven guests in three bedrooms, with three full bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and a twin trundle. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The full kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware, dishes and utensils. There is an indoor dining area and a private covered balcony with a built-in electric grill. Air conditioning, heating, free wireless internet, a washing machine, dryer, television, linens and bath towels are provided. Bed linens, including comforters and coverlets, are laundered before every check-in.

Shared Beach Club facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, a heated community pool, a kiddie pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a sundeck, fitness room, on-site spa and on-site restaurants. An elevator and free parking are available. Complimentary seasonal beach service includes two chairs and an umbrella.

The minimum age to rent is 25. Pets, smoking and vaping are not allowed. For bookings made 30 or more days before arrival, 30% is due at booking; within 29 days of arrival, 100% is due at booking. For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. For cancellations 15–30 days before arrival, a 50% refund is provided, less the service fee, travel insurance premium and applicable taxes. For cancellations 31 or more days before arrival, a full refund is provided.
