Strict no-party policy, including schoolies, hens and bucks parties. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed otherwise, stays are for private residential use only and may accommodate only the guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; notify management if that number changes. Treat the property with the same respect as your own home and follow the house rules. Pets are prohibited unless Pets Welcome is advertised.

Teddy's Lookout and St Georges River lookout are each 1.5 km away. Basement parking accommodates one vehicle, with visitor parking also available. Required move-in days may apply during peak periods, subject to the terms and conditions. Specific peak-season arrival days are not stated. The sofa bed does not increase the published five-guest maximum.
