Can I book only one or two rooms?
No. The entire home must be booked.
Can I use the refrigerator?
Yes. Guests can use the common refrigerator to store food and beverages, while adjusting use if other guests are on site.
Is loud music allowed?
Loud music is allowed within limits and during specific hours. Guests should respect neighbours and keep noise mild and within the villa.
Are the roads to the property good?
Roads connecting to the property are good, but guests are advised to check road and weather conditions before leaving for a road trip.
Can the home be reserved for a film, photo or advertisement shoot?
Yes, subject to homeowner approval. Event pool access requires homeowner approval, and a refundable deposit or additional charges may apply.
