## About the house

BC South Family Home offers four bedrooms and a private pool in a gated Uvita community. Open kitchen, dining and living spaces connect to the pool patio, with mountain views and tropical surroundings.

Two king bedrooms, a queen bedroom and a single bedroom accommodate seven guests. Every bedroom has air conditioning and a ceiling fan; the owner’s suite has its own bathroom, smart TV and direct pool access. An equipped kitchen, barbecue, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi and outdoor seating support family and group stays. The entire home and pool are private.

Washing machine: Yes · The in-home washer and dryer are free to use. Detergent is not provided.

The private pool is available year-round. An outdoor shower and a poolside swing are available.

Use an SUV, AWD or 4x4; small vehicles cannot reach the home. Normal check-in must finish by 8 pm. Arrivals from 8 pm to 10 pm require approval at least 48 hours ahead and a $50 fee. No arrivals after 10 pm.

## Property questions

## How does arrival work?
Guests meet the manager at the Uvita office about five minutes from the home, then are escorted to receive keys and PIN codes. Normal check-in must finish by 8 pm. Approved arrivals until 10 pm require at least 48 hours notice and a $50 fee; later arrivals are not allowed.

## Is verification or a deposit required?
The manager requires guest-detail verification before the stay. A refundable deposit or nonrefundable damage waiver is required; confirm current amounts and fees before booking.

## Can a travel cot be arranged?
A Pack ’n Play can be rented for an extra fee with at least 48 hours notice. Starter supplies are provided.
