The house

The elevated weatherboard cottage has mid-century lines and a light-filled upper level overlooking native trees. The living area has a sofa, armchair, artwork and TV, with a covered balcony off the lounge offering bay glimpses and a BBQ. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and breakfast bar, alongside a six-seat dining table.

All three carpeted bedrooms are at the rear of the upper level, with leafy outlooks and open shelving with basket storage. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed; the third has a double-single bunk and a separate single bed. The second and third bedrooms have study desks. The upstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower and timber vanity, with a separate toilet. Downstairs there is a laundry with a washer and dryer, a high chair and another toilet.

The fully fenced backyard has native grasses, a daybed and a bistro table with chairs. A ping pong table sits under the house. The living area has split-system air conditioning and heating; portable fans and portable heaters in each bedroom and the bathroom provide additional comfort. Free off-street carport parking accommodates three cars. The cottage has a private entrance, Wi-Fi and a patio.
