The house

The bungalow has an open-plan kitchen and dining area and a separate lounge with a TV, Wi-Fi and heat pump. The kitchen includes an oven, hobs, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. Bi-folding doors open to an outdoor seating area with ocean views and a BBQ; there is also a garden/patio.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and sea views. The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, and the third has a king single bed and French doors opening outside. The bathroom has a bath, shower, hand basin and toilet, along with laundry facilities including a washing machine. A ground-floor bedroom is available.

Linen is included: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided, along with pillows and duvets. Beds are made before arrival and stripped after departure. Off-road parking is available. There is no pool or hot tub.

Tahunanui Beach is a walk across the road. Tahunanui's cafes, restaurants and Beach Reserve are a short stroll away, and Nelson City Centre is a five-minute drive away.
