The house

The cottage accommodates up to six guests. Open living spaces have high ceilings, natural light and sliding doors to the deck. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace and flat-screen TV. The equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, cookware, dishes, an ice maker, toaster and Keurig. There is a three-stool breakfast area and a six-person dining table.

The second-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, closet and access to a wraparound deck. Two main-floor bedrooms have two twin beds and one queen bed respectively, with closets. All three bedrooms and the additional sleeping area have air conditioning. The additional sleeping area has a sofa bed, TV, deck access and privacy. One full bathroom on the main floor has a shower/tub combination; the second-floor full bathroom has a shower.

The second-story deck overlooks Peconic Bay. Outdoor facilities include a gas grill, dining furniture, umbrella, six loungers, a wood-burning fire pit, an outdoor shower and a private fenced, heated freshwater pool. Three beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler are provided. Indoor facilities include a sauna, yoga mat, Bluetooth speaker system, heating, a laundry room with washer and dryer, Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly workspace. Bed linens, bath towels, a hair dryer and an iron/ironing board are supplied. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided. There is no hot tub or crib. Children are welcome.
