The home accommodates up to nine guests in four bedrooms with five beds and 3.5 bathrooms. Its bayfront setting offers views of Robins Island and the North Fork, sunsets over the water and private steps down to the beach.
An open layout connects the living room, dining room and equipped kitchen, which has an island and a breakfast table. The formal living room has a fireplace and large-screen TV, and the finished lower level provides space for movies and games. The back deck has a dining table, multiple sitting areas and lounge chairs beside the private pool. Other facilities include heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, microwave, outdoor grill and patio. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.
The main-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, closet, balcony/deck and full ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, the second primary bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet, balcony/deck and full ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, closet and balcony/deck; Bedroom 4 has a queen bed, a twin/single bed and closet. All four bedrooms have air conditioning.
