Bayside Motel offers nine room options, from studios to larger units. Room features vary. Unit 2 is designed with accessibility in mind and has a wet-room bathroom with handrails and a shower seat, plus a lowered kitchen bench. Unit 1 has basic cooking facilities but no kitchen sink. Upstairs units have balconies with sea views. Shared amenities include free WiFi, SKY Sport, BBQ facilities and an on-site electric-vehicle charging station.

For Units 2–5, pricing is based on two guests; additional guests are NZ$25 per person. Unit 1 does not include a full kitchenette.
