The house

This recently updated house has a light-filled, open-plan living and dining area with air conditioning, a sofa and chaise, Netflix, Wi-Fi and reading material. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave and coffee maker, with a four-seat indoor dining table. Outside, the patio has a BBQ, a six-seat dining setting, a shade umbrella and sun loungers.

Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed and a large Smart TV; Bedroom 2 has two king-single beds. The renovated bathroom has floor-to-ceiling tiles, a modern vanity and a walk-in shower.

There is free on-site parking for two cars and free street parking available 24/7. A washing machine is in the laundry and a dryer is in the garage. Other facilities include heating, a hair dryer and an iron. Quilts and pillows are supplied; bed linen and towels require optional paid hire or must be brought by guests.
