House rules
No smoking. No pets, including short visits; violating the pet policy may result in termination of tenancy. Check-in and checkout are on Sundays. Children must not ride the elevator unattended or play in or around it. Never enter the elevator hoistway or operate the elevator if its gate or door locks malfunction, unusual sounds occur or the ride feels abnormal; do not attempt repairs.
Getting there
Accessible by four-wheel-drive vehicle only, approximately 2.2 miles up the beach. The private beach walkway has steps. Parking is limited to eight vehicles. Elevator access may involve steps or thresholds; elevator dimensions and capacity are not guaranteed to meet ADA standards. Restaurants, shopping and ice cream are 3 miles away.
