# Bayberry Cottage 4 x 4, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house The home accommodates up to 22 guests in eight bedrooms, with eight full bathrooms and one half bathroom. A private outdoor pool, hot tub, poolside cabana, outdoor bar with seating, gas and charcoal grills, outdoor dining furniture and an outdoor shower provide outdoor gathering spaces. A private beach walkway has steps; five beach chairs are provided. The ground level has two ensuite bedrooms, a half bathroom, laundry and a recreation room with a TV, pool table and kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave. Level 2 has four ensuite king bedrooms and a separate room with two triple bunk sets. A full bathroom with a standing shower is on Level 2.5. The upper ensuite king bedroom has ocean-facing views, deck access and a shower/whirlpool tub combination with dual shower heads and dual sinks. The main living level has a great room, dining area and equipped kitchen with two ranges, two dishwashers and two microwaves. Across the home there are three refrigerators and three microwaves. Kitchen equipment includes a blender, drip and pod coffee makers, cookware, dishes, utensils and a toaster. Entertainment includes multiple Smart TVs/DVDs, satellite and streaming TV, a pool table and an arcade game. Wrap-around decks provide ocean and sound views, with hammock swings, a loveseat glider, Adirondack chairs and picnic tables. A ship’s watch has a private balcony overlooking the sound. An elevator serves the home, but its dimensions and capacity are not guaranteed to meet ADA standards, and steps or thresholds may be required for access. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided. The home has a private well and an outdoor street- or driveway-facing security camera. Penny’s Hill is steps away, and restaurants, shopping and ice cream are 3 miles away. Wild horses roam the surrounding area.
