House rules
The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children are welcome. Parties, smoking, and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. Check-out must be honored; unauthorized late check-outs may incur an additional fee. During a water outage, use water only for essentials and do not use the washing machine. Weather-related cancellations are not refundable, though rescheduling may be available subject to calendar availability.
Getting there
The apartment is bayfront with views over San Juan Bay. Casa Bacardí is about a 12-minute drive (5.7 km), and the AcuaExpreso ferry terminal is roughly 10 minutes away (3.5 km); the ferry crossing to Old San Juan is approximately 10 minutes. A car is the most flexible way to explore but is not strictly required. Uber, Lyft, and taxis are available.
