Pets are not allowed. Parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks events, are prohibited. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed otherwise, stays are for private residential use and only for the guests included in the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; contact management if this changes. Forced move-in days may apply during peak periods, subject to the terms and conditions.

Lorne Beach and shops are 100 m away; Lorne Pub is 50 m away. Parking is limited to one vehicle.
