The house

Bay View Bach has a classic bach feel, indoor-outdoor living, and a balcony with ocean views for barbecues and watching the sunset. The garden and balcony provide outdoor space, and Hen & Chickens Islands and Sail Rock can be seen from the home.

Two bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the third has two single beds. The family bathroom contains a toilet, shower, vanity and bath. A well-equipped kitchen, TV, heaters, free Wi-Fi and washing machine are provided.

Linen is included: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels are supplied, along with pillows and duvets. Beds are made before arrival and stripped after departure.

Langs Beach is a few minutes' walk away via rights-of-way, and a quiet nearby walkway offers views. Waipu and Mangawhai Heads are within a 15-minute drive, with golf courses, cafes and other facilities. Off-street parking is available on a private driveway, with boat parking for boats up to 7 m.
