House rules
A two-night minimum stay applies. All rooms are non-smoking. Children are welcome; children under 12 stay free when using existing beds. Extra beds depend on availability. Reservations require 50% prepayment at booking, with full payment due 59 days before arrival; bookings made within 59 days of arrival must be paid in full. Reservations including December 15 to January 15 must be paid in full and are non-refundable. Prepayment is fully refunded for cancellations made 60 days before arrival. Cancellations with 59 days or less’ notice and no-shows forfeit 100% of the booking. Any deposit refund is subject to a 10% bank processing fee.
