The property has four suites in Building 1, each approximately 1,100 square feet including indoor and outdoor living space, with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living and dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen. Suites have locally crafted hardwood furniture, porcelain tile floors, granite countertops, central cooling, hot and cold water, and Smart TVs with cable. Building 2 has two units, each with one bedroom, one bathroom, air conditioning, a kitchenette, hot and cold shower, and Smart TV. The Crab Pad – Pool View unit has a full kitchen and Smart TVs with cable; Crab Pad – Single has a kitchenette and Smart TV with cable. The ground floor overlooks the island’s west shoreline; upper floors offer views of the barrier reef, and the rooftop has 360-degree views of the island, surrounding cayes and Caribbean Sea. All rooms are non-smoking.
